Meet Kimberly

Kimberly Clenney is an attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and wealth manager who is passionate about helping families, business owners, and retirees navigate the complexities of wealth with clarity and confidence. With her unique combination of legal, tax, and financial expertise, she develops comprehensive strategies that not only grow and protect wealth but also preserve it for future generations.

Her practice focuses on retirement planning, investment management, tax-efficient strategies, and legacy planning. Kimberly believes wealth management is about more than numbers—it’s about truly understanding her clients’ goals and guiding them with integrity and care through life’s milestones.

Outside of her professional role, Kimberly enjoys cheering on her daughter as a member of the Auburn University Marching Band and supporting her in horse shows with the Auburn Eventing Team. She also loves traveling, discovering new experiences, and giving back through community volunteer work. Kimberly brings that same energy and dedication to her clients, helping them create financial plans that support both their present and future.

This is where your personal game plan starts. We’ll work together to identify your needs, wants, dreams, and concerns too. I’ll analyze items like your financial statements, tax returns, cash flow and budget. From there we will create a plan of action that I will coach you through.
Once your financial goals are identified, we’ll build a customized investment portfolio to meet them. Leveraging RFG’s state-of-the art portfolio stress testing and risk assessment tools we ensure that your questions are answered, and needs are met. We’ll meet regularly to review your progress and adjust for any curve balls life may throw at you.
Similar to how sports teammates need to know what play has been called, all members of your team need to know your plan too. I will work with the applicable members of your team – the CPAs, Attorneys, Lenders – to make sure we’re working together on your behalf.
Access real-time statements and customized reports related to your financial plan. You can also organize and store documents that are important to your financial life, which may include a Trust or a Durable Power of Attorney, for example. This tool gives busy clients the peace of mind to know that everything they need is in one centralized location that you can access any time of day or night.
Knowledge truly is power. I consider the teaching aspect of my job the most important – whether that’s in a private client meeting or a larger educational event. My larger events have included discussions on current market observations, investing in your values, and general wealth concepts. I’m especially passionate about educating women about money – without all the jargon so that they can focus on living Financially Fearless. See the latest initiatives here.
Many people are confused about how their life insurance policy works and are unsure how to find out more, knowing it can be difficult to get objective advice from agents that work on commission. Many policies have not performed as expected leaving the policy owner unsure how to get more information. We bring clients through a process that reveals how their policy works, so that they know how to best manage it going forward.
