Jacob Tujian is the founder and serves as the firm’s lead advisor. With decades of experience working with high-net-worth families, Jacob is known for his thoughtful, comprehensive approach to financial planning.
He specializes in helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes—including tax strategy, estate planning, and charitable giving—while keeping their long-term goals and legacy at the forefront.
Jacob takes pride in building lasting relationships with the families he serves, offering guidance that extends beyond finances to help clients make confident, informed decisions across generations.
Rick Wedell serves as Chief Investment Officer at RFG Advisory, where he oversees multi-asset portfolio management and provides guidance on asset allocation and portfolio construction. He also leads the continued development of Bluemonte, RFG’s investment platform, with a focus on disciplined analysis and a consistent investment process.
Before joining RFG Advisory in 2016, Rick spent 12 years at Bain Capital Credit, where he advanced to Executive Vice President and Head of Fixed Income Consumer Investments. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University.
Patrick Sittner is Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy at Bluemonte Investment Management, where he works with advisors on portfolio construction, market analysis, proposal development, and customized investment strategies. His background includes broad experience across asset classes and a long track record of supporting advisors with investment portfolio design and analysis.
Patrick brings more than 20 years of experience in investments and capital markets. Before joining Bluemonte in 2024, he served as Director of Portfolio Strategy at Carson Group and previously held roles in bank wealth management, retirement plan oversight, and capital markets. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and dual master’s degrees from Creighton University.
Mandy Tinsley is Senior Director of Advisor Onboarding at RFG Advisory. She brings an operations-focused background to the role and works closely with advisor onboarding and transition activity across the firm.
Based in Omaha, Mandy joined RFG Advisory with nearly a decade of experience in wealth management, with a specialization in advisor transitions and onboarding. Her background reflects a strong foundation in operations, process management, and advisor support.
Kaitlin Torke Grant serves as Senior Director of Practice Development at RFG Advisory, where she helps advisors and their operational teams make full use of the firm’s Advice Stack. Her work is centered on helping teams improve efficiency so they can spend more time focused on clients and business growth.
Before joining RFG Advisory, Kaitlin was a founding member and Director of Customer Success at Gulf Partyline, a software startup focused on cloud-based business intelligence solutions for fundraising and development professionals. Earlier in her career, she worked in fundraising and development roles in Washington, D.C. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University and also serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Play Like a Girl.
Arsen Tujian is the Operations and Growth Lead at Tujian Financial Services, where he focuses on building and improving the systems that support the firm’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth. He works across CRM, financial planning, and marketing platforms to streamline processes, improve client communication, and help the business run more efficiently. Arsen is also involved in practice management and the rollout of new tools and service offerings.
Arsen graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Music Composition and Business Institutions.
Alec Tujian is a Financial Associate at Tujian Financial Services, where he supports clients in
developing long-term strategies for investing, education savings, and wholistic financial
planning, while also providing key administrative support. A recent graduate of UCLA, Alec
brings a strong analytical foundation paired with a practical, relationship-driven approach to
wealth management.
He is passionate about simplifying complex financial concepts and designing strategies that
balance growth, flexibility, and tax efficiency. Alec is also deeply committed to community
engagement and volunteerism, with years of experience mentoring youth through educational
programs, scouting initiatives, and Birthright experiences.
Outside of his professional work, Alec is an avid outdoorsman and a lifelong supporter of
Philadelphia sports.
Gibson Bosworth is Senior Director of Advisor Marketing Strategy at RFG Advisory, where he works with independent financial advisors to develop marketing programs that reflect their brand, voice, and target audience. He leads efforts across website development, content creation, brand strategy, and marketing technology to help advisors strengthen their presence and communicate more clearly with clients and prospects.
Gibson joined RFG Advisory as a Transition Specialist and Financial Advisor Assistant and has held several roles across the firm, including social media and content strategy and Creative Director, before stepping into marketing leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Economics and Marketing from The University of Alabama and holds a Series 65 registration. He is based in Birmingham, Alabama.
Amanda Callahan is Senior Event Coordinator at RFG Advisory, where she supports advisor-facing event planning and execution. Her work is focused on helping create organized, thoughtful event experiences that support advisor engagement and relationship building.
Amanda brings years of event planning experience to her role. Her background includes wedding planning, venue management, and corporate event coordination, giving her a well-rounded foundation in event execution and client experience.

Sean Tipton is a Practice Development Strategist at RFG Advisory. His work focuses on helping financial advisors optimize their practices through technology, automation, and improved operational workflows.
